Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

All earrings take about 5-7 days to ship, but typically will be shipped in less than that. I use USPS to ship all earrings. Barn quilts take 3-4 weeks to create and shipping is included within that time frame. Custom earrings take up to two weeks for me to make (depending on how many orders I am working on, but most only take a week) and will be shipped as soon as they are finished.

What is your return policy? 

I do not accept returns on earrings because of the nature of the product, but I will gladly recreate the product if you do not love it or refund your money if you return the item if they are damaged. I also do not accept returns on barn quilts, but have the same process as earrings if you do not love your product.
